PAYMENTS

Please make all payments through Venmo by scanning the QR code. Payment must be made in full at the time of registering in order to hold your child's slot.

CANCELATION & ATTENDANCE

If your child is unable to attend camp, families may transfer their registration to another camp provided in the 2026 summer. Or request a full refund when notice is given at least two (2) weeks prior to the camps start date. Cancellations made less than two weeks before the start date are non refundable unless your child's slot can by filled.

No refunds or credits are given for missed days due to illness, scheduling conflicts or other absences once camp has begun.

By submiting this registration form, I agree to the terms and conditions above. I understand that full payment is due at the time of registration and will be sent via Venmo. I acknowledge that my child's spot is not reserved until payment is recieved in full.
